Paycheck Processing……
$ 9.00 per payroll (weekly
or bi-weekly, your choice) processing fee plus $ 1.00 per paycheck processed (includes all tax computations and recordkeeping).
Other payroll services available are: Escrow for benefits, Christmas Clubs, Direct Deposit, and more!
I can adapt the payroll process to reflect your needs!
Payroll Taxes…….
$50 per calendar quarter - includes federal, state, local withholding taxes, and state and federal unemployment taxation
reports and filing of all.
Year-End W-2/1099 Filing………
$25 set-up fee per year plus $2.00 per W-2/1099 form processed and copies prepared for all taxing agencies
(IRS, Social Security)
Sales Tax Filing……..
$15
per quarter - includes electronic filing and reports
Quarterly Estimates and
Review of Bookkeeping (Federal and State)……..
$50 per quarter - includes profit/loss statement
of year-to-date business activities
+ $40 per hour for any additional corrective work or entries (only if necessary)
Income Taxes………..
Cost varies, but the total typically ranges
between $85-$170 for clients who have businesses and file with Schedule C and business deductions. Clients who
do not have businesses typically only range between $50-$75 for income tax preparation.
