**Note** I am a one-person business, serving over 1,000 clients in a short 12 week period, so I literally work around the clock during these 3 months of tax season to get everyone's taxes finished without filing any extensions if possible. 

 

I will try to answer your message promptly, but please don't be offended if it takes me a little longer.  During tax season I typically get around 80 messages every day, so sometimes it is a challenge to keep up with everything as quickly as I'd like to!  If your question is urgent or time-sensitive, please say "URGENT" in the subject line for me, so I can attend to those client questions first.

 

If possible, please use TaxDome chat during tax season so that I can keep conversations in one central location, and not have to bounce back and forth between texts, emails, phone calls, and facebook messenger.  That will help facilitate me being able to respond to everyone much easier.

 

Or, if you prefer, feel free to drop in during my open office hours where I am available in person to answer questions from clients. 

 

From January 21 through April 15th:
